When I noticed an inconsistency in my initial order, the customer service staff went out of their way to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and then processed a refund for the incorrect item. Shipping was quick and I received the doll today. However, the doll was heavy and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to carry the box home and unpack it, but I eventually did and now I just admire the doll’s design skills.
